What We're Looking For in
Business, Biography, and Memoir
Written by a woman who is at least 40 years of age whose walk and talk are tried and true with regard to the book's subject matter. You're writing what you know because you've lived it.
Shares unique insights that enable readers to learn and adopt excellent business practices, behaviors, philosophies, and policies.
Incorporates the internal journey as much as the external. These books aren't a mere recitation of events. They bring readers into the heart, mind, and soul of the businesswoman so that readers find their own hearts and minds within yours.
What We're Looking For In
Romance and Women's Fiction
Written by a woman who is at least 40 years of age who reads and loves fiction. She understands the HEA could mean the happiness and fulfillment of a romantic partner, a friendship, a family relationship reconciled, wisdom unlocked, or a goal achieved.
Clearly falls into one of our three spice categories, which helps readers choose stories that meet with their comfort level. The categories are:
One chili pepper indicates that the characters do not go beyond kissing.
Two chili peppers indicates that the characters go beyond kissing, but no sex scenes are included.
The fire pepper indicates that the story includes at least one sex scene.
Shares the stories of heroines who are at least 40 years old - and all the life elements that brings, which are typically absent in the stories of younger heroines. You know, things like blended families, changing bodies, different career phase, evolved maturity and wisdom, etc. (And, yes, that's a cookie icon above this section. If you judge us for eating cookies to get through this part of life, you're probably not gonna love this community.)

Submit
We accept submissions from both authors and agents. To submit your work for acquisition, please email us a book proposal containing five sections:
Submissions that do not contain these five elements will not be considered. (Sorry! We love ya, but we really need you to follow directions for this relationship to start off on the right foot.)
